The Guo lab focuses on uncovering the genetic and genomic basis of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related neurodegenerative diseases.

Our research goals are to identify the underlying genetic and molecular causes of Alzheimer’s disease to spur the development of new treatments and improve our ability to predict disease risk and rates of disease progression.
